We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Area Manager to join our team. As a sales manager, you will act as the Storti Ambassador, ensuring the delivery of great customer sales service to exceed sales targets. Your role will focus on optimizing actual sales portfolio and on contributing growth of it.
Experience in the role: 3-5 years
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent education
- Excellent knowledge of English, good Italian. Second and third European languages preferred.
- MS Office tools: good level
Professional Capabilities:
- Particular attention to the customer and market dynamics.
- Availability for frequent foreign travel.
- Preferably coming from the industrial plant construction sector.
- Knowledge of reading technical drawings is preferable.
- knowledge of technical machinery standards.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem solving and ability to work towards objectives.
- Good communication skills, aptitude for human relations and strong sales skills.
Responsabilities:
- Develop new customers, business opportunities and partners by identifying potential markets.
- Manage the existing customer portfolio in area, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to define sales strategies and growth objectives.
- Plan and manage regular visits to customers on the world area assigned, promoting products and customized solutions.
- Ensure the achievement of the turnover and margin objectives defined by the company.
- Carry out forecasting and reporting activities for the Sales Department.
- negotiate contractual conditions in agreement with the Sales Department.
- Analysis and verification of the customer's technical needs (specifications).
- Coordination with internal functions to prepare estimates and feasibility studies of systems and machinery, interfacing with the commercial back office, the Technical Office and R&D.
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
- CRM update.
