Hiring, welfare and smart working: Storti S.p.A. invests in production

Storti S.p.A. is a company that strongly believes in constantly improving for the future of its business. For this reason, it has recently launched a development process that will lead to the improvement of company production and the well-being of its employees.

As announced during the press conference on December 2nd, in the future the company plans to increase its personnel in order to make work more efficient and improve the well-being of its employees.

Specifically, the company is currently looking to hire around 16 new people in the areas of engineering and production, which is expected to reach a total of 33 people within the next 3 years.

Specifically, Storti is looking for:

• mechanical designers
• PLC programmers
• mechanical and electrical assemblers
• traveling technicians
• electricians

For this reason, the company will start in January with a project called "Academy Storti S.p.A.", which will involve young people in the company's and territorial production realities.
