Federico Tambini joined the Storti Team on 6th June 2022, after 15 years in a completely different field. As he himself says in this interview, switching to such a radically different sector wasn't easy at all: 'Getting used to it was tough, but now we're in a honeymoon phase.'
The interpersonal relationships and the working methods chosen by Storti are the strengths that have impressed him the most.
Integrating with our reality, he has been able to see firsthand and deeply appreciate our choice to produce all line components internally: 'for a company today, that's very rare.'
The meticulous attention to detail in Storti's production phase is also reflected in the management of post-sales interactions with the customer. This is why Federico's goal, as Head of Customer Service, is to coordinate and oversee all activities that support customer satisfaction.
Our Customer Service is committed daily to a growth journey together with our customers, where we feel actively involved to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
We work to offer complete assistance in all services that include on-site installation and commissioning of the line, addressing any technical issues in the use of our machines, and providing support for spare parts.
For each project, we assign a dedicated project manager who follows the progress of the order through all phases, thus maintaining continuity in the customer relationship.
Taking care of our customers is a delicate process that requires expertise, patience, and understanding. We are growing and improving. The rules are: efficiency and communication.
