The possibility to assist the client all over the world, interacting through a PLC, monitoring the working of the line, instructing the local operators and mechanics.
Use of well-established computer technologies, standard in Internet, means reliability. The video cameras use allows a detailed and immediate diagnosis, eliminating the difficult telephone attempts. The assistance is practically immediate all over the world, without waiting (and paying) for a technician business trip. For simple problems the operator, or local mechanic/electrician, can immediately solve them, instructed by a Storti technician who can see in real time what is happening on the plant. Electronic problems can be immediately solved from our headquarters. The customer’s staff can be remotely trained in case of need.
