PMI - Production monitoring system

A system for acquiring data from the lines and processing of production statistics, efficiency, malfunctions and productivity.
The production monitoring system allows to:
  • Intercept and store the errors, alarms and warning signals, with start and end times, inside a database, from each machine of the line.
  • Identify each work session with a “production lot code” and electronically count the number of pieces produced for each lot.
  • For each production lot, print a report certifying the quantity of pallets produced and a description containing the technical data of the pallets (useful if it is necessary to mark the pallets before heat treatment).
  • Have objective control regarding production stops and correctly analyse the causes.
