Customer Service Department
The department helps the customer in all operative phases after sale contract:
  • planning of installation and realization
  • training
  • technical assistance at plant or remote assistance
  • spare parts

It is composed by a multilingual call centre, a spare part dept. and a technical assistance team which intervenes at customer’s plant or remotely help him for diagnosis and solution of problem.
The assistance or spare parts paperwork is closed only when the client is completely satisfied.
Multilanguage assistance call centres all over the world.
The most urgent spare parts can be despatched within 24 hours, the main warehouse is in Italy, but each assistance centre has a store.
Specialized technicians with long experience providing emergency assistance, maintenance and training.
Using the remote global assistance, it is possible to interact with a PLC, monitor the working of the line, instruct the local operators, mechanics and electricians all over the world.
